It could be equipped with an electric parison controller, in - mold labeling, a water - cooling blow pin, servo motors for the extruder and rotating table, and a hydraulic pump. Notably, only mold clamping uses hydraulic power, other operations could work by electric servo systems. This blend ensures precision, efficiency, and adaptability in production.

Above is Blowing Station-six stations rotary blowing machine
From the above photo, you can see that there is a blowing station, double blow pins, every station could work separately. Each station will produce 2 products. If the cyle time is 5.5 second per mold, the product could stay inside the molds for over 24 seconds. With 24 seconds, the product could be formed very well.
The molds clamps by hydraulic power, so the clamping force is very strong. The clamping force could reach 85KN.
From the above photo, you also can see there is a servo motor, which is responsible to rotate the rotate table. each station will be positioned accurately.
Above is double die heads
As you can see there is a double die heads from a photo, the die heads could install parison controller, customer could choose either MOOG brand or Xunjie Brand; You also could have option of the full electrical servo parison controller.
You also could see that there is a cutter below the die head, this is special designed cutter, the cutter could seal the parison, while cut the parison. when the parison is sealed the bottom, the product could be blowed easily.
There is the blow pin in the photo, the blow pin has the function of water cooling. It could cool the blow pin, the product will not stick on the blow pin easily.
Screen Monitor
Operator could control the machine operation by the monitor easily. The program is well designed by our electrical engineer, we could add the program or modify the program based on the customer needs. Our machine also have the remote control function, whenever the machine occured problem, we could connect with the machine from our office and check the program for you, then the problem will be solved smoothly.
Above is Mold Frame
Above is the mold frame, there are four columns to support the frame. With these 4 columns support, the mold could be clamped with average power, so the product could be formed nicely.
As you can see, the black color cooling water tubes could supply enough cooling water to the molds. The product could be cooled and formed nicely.
There is a control switch beside mold frame, operator could use the button to control the mold process while adjusting the machine.
The above is the extruder's control cabinet
The control cabinet is locked while machine is operating. In the control cabinet, there is air conditioner, the air conditioner could control the temperature around 40 degrees.

There are 3 screws for this extruder:
Inner screw 80mm, length-diameter ratio 1:28, extrusion capacity 100 kg/hour (using HDPE5621D/5502),
Middle screw 120mm, length-diameter ratio 1:28, extrusion capacity 260 kg/hour; ( able to use recycled material)
Outer screw 80mm, length-diameter ratio 1:28, extrusion capacity 100 kg/h (using HDPE5621D/5502)

Auxiliary Machine:
The above is the combination system for loading, crushing, mixing materials. It could be designed based on your detail usage, for example you have 3 screws, you will use 3 loaders, 3 mixers and 1 crusher.
30HP Chiller
Our rotary blowing machine requires the bigger capacity chiller, because there're 6 molds need to be cooled. The gearbox also need to be cooled.
