From Chinaplas 2024, we have met many customers from Iran, Brazil, New zealand, India and etc. Brazil customer is very interested about our 12 Liter high speed rotary blow molding machine, because our machine speed is really fast, about 5 second per piece for 12 L bottles. Comparing with the traditional two stations shuttle type machine, our machine could have better cooling, because the product could be cooled in 4.5 stations, if each mold 5 second, the cooling time will be 22.5 second. Cooling time is enough, the product will be formed well.
Our machine speed could compete with 3 sets of traditional shuttle type machine, the deflashing unit is at one position, customer could save cost of the sub molds.
Brazil customer showed their concern about our rotary machine, we have provided their satisfied answers. Customer said your machine is the good machine. We are looking forward to work together with the customer.
