SQ-5 Seaball/Ocean ball/ball pit/ kids ball Blow Molding Machine

Machine Demo.

         See ball also known as kids ball, ocean ball, pit ball, this seaball blow molding machine was designed for sea ball products, which is suitable to produce LDPE material sea balls from 5cm to 10cm. This machhine also could produce some small hollow products (needs to be discussed in detail). Customer could either choose single die head, double die heads or triple die heads. Two sides working stations could be install deflashing devices to achieve automatic working process. 

         Sea ball has no hole: Usually the sea ball has no holes, our machine also could produce the ball without blowing holes. Customer no need to be afraid this point. 

         Extruder size: Customer could choose 65mm or 75mm screws, if customer needs 8 cavities per mold, then 75mm extruder is necessary, because it could make larger volume of plastic materials per hour. If you choose 12 cavities, that means one mold have 12 balls ( 3 lines, each line 4 pieces, for 8 cm ball), usually you should choose 80mm extruder. 

          Robot Hands: We also could offer robots to take out the waste ball frame from machine, which is optional, in case customer has this kind of request, we could help to achive it. 

          Filter Device：Usually the filter could filter out the dust from the material, so the sea ball surface will have no dirty dots, but this function is optional, customer could choose based on the requirements. But we sugguest to choose the filter, because usually customer will mix the recycled material with virgin material, it will be easy to have dust. 

          Servo Motor for Hydraulic pump: Our machine could offer the servo motor for the hydraulic pump, so customer could save energy for the hydraulic part. Then why save energy? Because the hydraulic power is responsible for the mold closing process, when the mold closing process is not there, the motor could stop running to save energy. 

         The machine is automatic process, no need manpower for separate waste process.

Auxiliary Machines(Need to use together with machine)

            Only blow molding machine cannot operate, we should use the blow molding machine together with below auxiliary machines:

1, Air compressor: use to supply compressed air

2, Auto Loader: use to load virgin resins to the hopper of the extrudor

3, Chiller: use to cooling the molds, because after long time operation, the molds will become hot;

4, Crusher: for the waste material from the blow molding machine, crusher will break the waste material to be small pieces, so we could use the recycled materil to mix with virgin resins again(customer decied to reuse material depends on the actual condition). 

5, Mixer: The recyled material will be mixed with virgin resins and use mixer to mix the materials averagely.
